Relaxation Tips
Relaxation, in these troubled and difficult times, is much sought after. Here are little relaxation tips gathered through books, friends and experience.
* 90 percent of our tension is created by 10% of our carelessness and laziness
* After a long day, place hot compresses on your eyes for few minutes.
* Act like kids sometimes: do mischief or tease your spouse.
* After u have done all, you can, to improve a situation, forget about it.
* Avoid confrontations. In it even the winner is a looser.
* Avoid smoke-filled rooms and smoking.
* Buy a back and neck massager and put it to good use.
* Challenge yourself with a good crossword puzzle.
* Close your eyes and think of a serene place. Visit that place in your mind’s eye.
* Close your eyes, breathe out the tension and stress. Feel them going out of your body.
* Take a glass of water and start sipping it as if you are being offered nectar by the gods. It is a great relaxation exercise.
