It is very necessary for every one of us to follow a goof food schedule. Eating the right quantity at the right time is the key to proper health. Meals should not be unnecessarily skipped in the name of slimming diet and this will have many adverse effects. Try to maintain a food chart and the count the calories which you in take. It will help you a lot in the long run.
